Please cover how much tolerances to give in bearing housing and on spindle for angular and taper bearings. Whether it will be same in case of high precision bearings.
1. Davinci Resolve for Video editing, compositing, colour grading, also for animation. 2. Photoshop for images correction in post production. 3. MS PowerPoint for Slides and slide based animations. 4. Audacity for audio recording 5. iZotope RX for audio correction and again davinci for mixing. 6. Photoshop and Canva for thumbnail design It's like first i design slides and animate as per my video script and the images i use first i correct it in Photoshop like removing background. Then mix it in my video editing. It's too complicated but i get to use it.
Hello, what happened when we use KK60 series B.s. assembly and these is suitable for 100 w motor, so if we use 400 w. Motor, can it will take extra motor torque ( load) or damage?can u please answer me?
Hello Omkar, I gues you are talking about Hiwin Linear actuator. 400w motor instead of rated 100w motor - It will definitely take the load, but series life might decrease, Service life of LM guide and ball screw, so you should recalculate the service life as per new load. And we can find the formula in the Hiwin product catalogue. plus also consider coupling as per new load.
@@mastermechanicaldesign you are right. In general is it possible to choose bearings which allow an electric motor work in vertical and horizontal position?
Can you direct me to the formula for calculating how much moment load a pair of angular contact bearings can support? Manufacturers list this value for 4 point of contact bearings, but not for angular contact bearings.
Hi, Yes there is no such data for single row angular contact bearings. Also there is no formula. So what we can do is, We can make a rough estimation of radial and axial load for a given moment load. And then we can calculate basic rating life. And on the basis L10 life, we can select bearing size for a given moment load.
@@mastermechanicaldesign Thank you. If I have two angular contact bearings that are resisting a cantilevered load, am I correct that I should consider their reaction force as acting at the diameter of the balls in the direction of the contact angle of the bearing? Your videos about bearings have been very helpful to me and I look forward to watching more as they come out.
I can´t wait for the high speed bearing block design video. Your channel have helped me alot. Greetings from Chile
Glad to hear that! Thank you so much!! Yes, I'll bring soon
brother trust me these videos are so helpful for us to skillup.
My pleasure 😊
Good videos Bhai very help full
Never taught in our college like this-
Bearing series
Can you make a video about scissor lift design? We want to learn their calculations and analyses?
Yes, sure Ahmetsadiaydin, I'm planning to make series on Hydraulics system where I will design a Hydraulics based scissor lift.
Video very use full.... Keep go... 🙏🏻
Thank you Srinath

Yes sure, very soon
Please put a complete series in hydraulics cylinder selection and power pack design.pls
Sure subhair
Broo.. could you please tell me what are tools that you are using for this presentation...❤

Hello. What bearings can be used for 2000 kg electric motors working in both vertical and horizontal position?
Bearing type will also depend on speed, pairs of angular contact bearings or tapper roller can be used.

I can't say without seeing the actual picture, you can email me
