Some generous interpretations of "a caravan attached to his car" there.
That was some serious determination by 39 to keep going
you have to place a gyroscope in that caravan and well-suspended wheels on the top sides so that it can continue rolling.
We have this type of racing in the UK aswell. Caravan and banger racing ect

Yes, though IDK about last man standing races. They do one around me that is just a normal race (like first one to complete 10 laps or something) but you have to be pulling a trailer and if it breaks off your disqualified.
