Is this duo clean vacum system safe for luxury plank vinyl? Will it scratch? Does only the soft roller make contact with a hard floor surface?

Mine is horrible filters always need cleaning and soo much build up and it also always blocked not good for me 😒
3 yrs on .....They are still garbage! Constant loss of suction and cleaning of filter! Spend more time on maintenance of hoover than on ....actually hoovering! Awful rubbish.

I have i shark robot vacuum
That's just a copy of the Dyson fluffy and the reason why Dyson didn't put a normal carped brush on the fluffy head is because you end up with several cm of uncleaned carped if you are approaching a wall head on. Also, the soft roller will just rub partials in the carpet therefore potentially damaging it. Moreover, you encounter some serious resistance when using it has the 2 rollers just pull you forward therefore straining your arm and back muscles so it's especially not good at all for the elderly.
I do like short vacuum cleaners but I wish you make the upright battery powered so that's plug. I think they'll be cool

Anyone going to tell these people that the front roller has no suction or real purpose? And that hair can get trapped in the comb behind the first roller, keeping debris from getting into the bin? Lastly, the bristles contact the hard floor, undoing any kind of "polishing" the soft roller bar did. Oh, and I almost forgot that most Sharks still have just one cyclone.

Yeah Shark - SO great until you need to replace the power cable then find you simply can't pull the lead out from the side of the machine and replace, instead you have to take the whole thing apart.

@@SharkHome If the power chord was a small plug design on the end that goes into the vacuum all people would need to do is unplug the old one and plug a new chord in saving pointless time telephoning, send in the vacuum off for repair or taking it to s repair shop.If your phone lead breaks you just get a new one and plug it in as opposed to sending it off .

Garbage. I won't ever purchase another Shark Vacuum. The motorized rollers in the floor nozzle of the Duo models are known to break down, and Shark claims the entire bottom portion of the vacuum including the roller motor is a "wear and tear" item. They won't stand behind their product and will use any excuse to avoid honoring the warranty.

Do not buy Shark! The 5 year warranty is a lie. My Shark Vacuum is 1 yr, 1 month, broke down and had to pay Shark for fixing it.
