I remember this as a prototype when I was a student hearing it live at a conference about six years ago, and it stuck with me ever since. Of course it was just Mikey then but when an entire ballroom of students and faculty were singing along without the lyrics, it hit harder. Now it's a reminder that we are still here for a reason, and that's enough for me to keep going.
