Here are the decklists: mtgtop8.com/event?e=38732&f=EDH
I miss the Brazen Borrower in the Tivit List. He played one in this VIdeo.
@@femiheartman7087 that's my fault, I submitted the wrong list :D
@@bitzelberg ah ok. So I Play tivit too, so I like to See the right list, too. Pls
No reason to counter council judgement in g2 since Tivit allow the owner to vote twice
True! Actually the only situation in which it matters xD
Tivit is a very strong and resourceful deck. after watching this game I just got more curious to see what happened against Acererak.
Greetings from Brazil
We've already cast the final match - you'll find out soon ;)
Please, what is Guile's commander decklist?
Por favor, qual a decklist do commander de Guile?
There you go: mtgtop8.com/event?e=38732&d=489092&f=EDH
I don’t get why Guile wouldn’t be used in an aggressive shell instead.
I think the player simply wanted to play Jeskai Tempo, and Guile is currently the best CZ available for that - so it's a different perspective. You asked for the best shell for Guile, while he asked for the best CZ for his shell ;)
-7hp with tivit attack in game 1 :o
Urza's Saga sometimes just beats decks (control, grave hate).
You definitely could think of other solutions, but two decks on wildly different axis is hard.0
Well, my rule of thumb to decide whether or not to include Urza's Saga is simple:
Either the target you tutor heavily synergizes with the gameplan/commander - f.e. searching Basilisk Collar/Skullclamp for Marath, or you have a lot of artifacts floating around and you're able to produce threatening Constructs. In my opinion Guile doesn't fulfil either of these requirements, but as I said in the video, it's reasonable to play it as a tutor for graveyard-hate if you really feel that's what the deck is lacking ;)
