Mole Poblano

A National Treasure for Mexicans here and everywhere. Mole is a sauce that covers almost every flavor with a balance of spicy, sweet, and smoky that pairs well with the protein of your choice.
Ingredients:
6 Mulato peppers
4 Ancho peppers
6 Pasilla peppers
1-2 tbsp Pepper seeds
2 Mexican chocolate bars
1/2 Ripe plantain
2 tortillas
2 slices of White bread
1 Small onion
2 Roma tomatoes
6 Garlic cloves
100 gr Peanuts
100 gr Almonds
100 gr Pumpkin seeds
100 gr Sesame seeds
100 gr Raisins
4 Cloves
1 tsp Peppercorns
1/2 tsp Coriander
1/2 tsp Anise seeds (Spanish anise)
1 Cinnamon stick
1-2 cups Chicken broth
Lard for cooking
Salt to taste
