Superb ASMR video of the MDH. More of these, please. In my view, you don't even need to edit in jump cuts to other cameras. I am now desperate for Winter to be over so I can ride the mountains.
One of the most beautiful rides I have ever made. Did this exact ride last June, twice. Really appreciate the video. I can share it with some friends since my descriptions of the ride are woefully inadequate.
That was my maiden voyage last year as soon as I bought my new to me 2018 white DCT Tour. Loved having the highway to myself, which tends to happen when it’s 28 outside.
We lived in Colorado(Boulder)for 23 years and have ridden many mountain roads there on my Honda CB750 when I was a young rooster and then on my Harley Ultra when an old dog coming back from San Diego for High School reunions. Anyway, thanks for the memories. Next time go to Durango and Silverton, Grand Junction, Peak to Peak(Trailridge, 4 Corners, etc.)I miss those rides and need you to re-live them for me. Thanks!🙂
Love these types of views of others riding Goldwings. Looks like Bilt gloves. If so I have the same exact pair! I have the 2018 white GW DCT tour. Love it.
Such a beautiful ride. Your bike sounds great. I’m Starting to wonder now about next springs planned ride and If there still will be snow on the Hwy . I was planning our ride on the million Dollar highway in late April…. I might have to reroute a couple days…
Hey there, Mr. Cruseman: it's too bad that this is winter (December). But I would suggest that considering August, September, if you would consider also going up I25 to Colorado to Colorado Springs and doing the Pikes Peak run. I paid 13 dollars for my 2021 Canam Ryker Rally in the 3rd week of August 2023. What an awesome ride. During the previous week, I also did the Million Dollar Hwy starting in Mesa, Colorado, first riding over the Grand Mesa to Delta, Colorado, then US550 south to Albuquerque, New Mexico. I live here in Southwestern Arizona, and it's always a great 😊 day to go riding. ❤🎉😂
Thanks so much for this video. I did the under priced million mile ride last summer but a big disgusting bug on my GoPro lens ruined most of my video. 3 comments and a question. Mountains and Goldwings are my passion so I’m a happy guy and will be watching this video a few times. It takes a lot of guts to go without music or cometary but for me at least it really works. Being from Michigan heated gear greatly extends my riding season. Gerbing is my choice but maybe you should consider doing a review. It really makes a difference on a long ride. I’m new to the DCT and am wondering if you were down shifting down those hills or was the DCT doing it for you?
this is the exact type of video that is best watched at 2x speed, gives the viewer more a sense of actually being on the bike, thanks Cruiseman
Great video. Brings back a lot of memories of when my late wife and I did this ride on our GW. Thanks
I’m glad you enjoyed the video, and I know the memories you shared on that ride were special.
That’s what I call a motorcycle ride. Beautiful weather and scenery. Thanks for sharing, Cruiseman.
Love this ride, time for a return trip, thanks for the reminder.
It’s a great ride.
That is how to ride. Love the smooth sounding engine.
It’s a great engine.
Was a fantastic trip with awesome scenery and great company !!
Yes it was!
Looks like a great ride. Maybe someday I'll get there. Be safe
Thanks. It’s a beautiful ride!
Perfect way to enjoy the mtns with a silent ride. Thank you for this video as it brings back nice memories of my rides while I lived in CO
Glad you enjoyed it

Thank you. I’ve heard about this ride but never seen it. Now it is on my list!

I love the Million Dollar Highway! It's a classic.

The sound of that flat 6 humming is simply Ah!mazing!!
Fantastic video, great camera angles
Very enjoyable. Thank you.
A group of us rode 550 going north from Durango in 2018…. I still remember the 10mph corners…… downhill for us though…
You left out Ouray, cool little town, that's where we stay when we're Jeeping.

Nice video. That road looks like it was built for sport mode.

It's always nice to see other Goldwing owners out there.

It seems to me that Robert White should definitely be riding a white Goldwing!
Nice🎅🏼🏍🇺🇸🙏

I’m new to the DCT and am wondering if you were down shifting down those hills or was the DCT doing it for you?
Make more of these videos now and then
P.S. fan of CG 😊
The shifting on the DCT appears to be exceptionally smooth, is it auto or semi auto, or is it like the Spyder?
Is it some kind of a mountain pass? If so, where is the top upper point?
What gloves are you wearing? Looked like a great ride. I plan to go ride this next year. Thank you!
BILT gloves.
What GPS app are you using? It doesn’t, look like either apple or google maps
where was your mic for this?
Inside my helmet
