I have a 2020 and am looking at the Borla Touring exhaust. One thing I know is the Touring exhaust has an adaptive exhaust valve which I guess quiets it down under normal driving but opens when you stomp it
Nice ride .., question , though it sound very nice infact I’m in the process of purchasing borIa touring for mines. Anyway I couldn’t help but notice the side mirrors . Did you close them manually by pressing the button on the driver side door upon exiting or did you close them with the remote ? How did you open them with the remote ? Lastly where did you get the puddle lights on the side mirrors from ?
Hey Chris. In the car settings I turned the mirrors to close when I lock the doors. When you push the lock button on remote for maybe 2 seconds, they close. When you hold the unlock button for 2 seconds, they will open. Don’t hold the unlock button down too long or all the windows will roll down. Puddle lights were already on truck when I purchased it so not sure where they came from.
@@bigrob52711 appreciate that bigrob , I tried it once before and I guess I held the button too long cause as u said all my windows came dwn and I had just washed it so I streaked all the windows lol
I have a 2020 which is same generation. As soon as I unlock with remote the mirrors fold out. No need to hold down the button. However, to fold them while locking, it does take a slightly longer press.
Awesome exhaust 🫶🏻 Is it comfortable inside during long journeys? Can you hear the exhaust loudly inside? There is no drone? I want to buy this exhaust for my Escalade but I'm afraid it will be too loud inside. I already have a loud Mustang, I wanted the Escalade to be loud outside but comfortable inside. I also think that the borla touring version would be too quiet outside.
So I’ll be honest with you. When I’m inside the car you hear it just a little unless you are accelerating then you get that awesome sound. Now outside the car, you can definitely hear it. It is not too loud but people know it’s there. For me I wanted to keep the Caddy classy and not too annoying with loud exhaust since it’s not a race car. I’ll make a video this morning on what it sounds like inside truck while driving.
