Before some time, approx 2014 when I had visited to this memorial, the rules
No one could open our mobile phone or camera to take pic of historical things or people who was in in present in under the memorial.
But, now it is possible.
I think you should be able to photo such place. when I put this content on UA-cam I am showing what India has to offer. Many foreigners who have never been to India thinks is a dirty poor and not safe country. Many have said to me that they were so wrong about India.

I had a terrible experience when I visited this place few years back, monument is amazing but the surrounding area was filled with couples doing intimate things, it was a shocker for me to see that they won’t stop even when you made eye contact with them 🤣

Nothing to be shocked about. It is a favourite place for young lovers to meet and make love, specially the surrounding area. We are used to it. No one cares and so, no one complains. You shouldn't be staring at them any way.

I saw that video in which your son was sick .donot use cheap brand cooking oil.make sure cooking oil is very light nd avoid to give children oily food which is cause of caughing ,runny nose, sniffing, typhoid,fever etc.
