It was nice to catch up with you. So sorry for the loss of your father-in-law. The holidays are always challenging. I haven’t wrapped a single present, and I have got to get them done tomorrow. The page is beautiful! I have been doing short little colors in the advent book Sockmas with Disney Meg, and some Matchstick Mouse. Your pages are always so nice. Sorry to hear of your loss and the other stresses going on. I like your idea of creating a little routine for yourself at home with a set of pencils you love on each floor and a stack of books you’re enjoying right now. I hope that gives you a little bit of a respite. I find Teresa Goodridge pages very comforting.

My condolences to you and your family Kori on your loss. I believe starting a new job is always stressful and with the added pressures it can get overwhelming. Your page looks wonderful. I'm working on Teresa Goodridge's Country Christmas. The image being the snowman wreath. The challenge for me right now is the ribbon. I confess I only had Christmas Gnomes to start off with and in the last week and a half have added Home for the Holidays and Enchanted Christmas. I've only coloured one image and this one is my second. But I don't think I'll be finished before Christmas day.

Yeah I definitely was in Grinch mode lol. I got through the holidays though so it was kind of a relief to put those behind me.

I am very sorry for your loss.
We do get in our moods of what we want to color. I feel ya on time. Just when I think I have time to do something, BOOM, goes away. I got two videos out and kept putting off this week's video and never got one made. LOL! I have 2 sets of prismas made from all my extras, one for upstairs and one for when I go to my sister's to color. My thoughts for you about your FIL. This is my first Christmas without Grandma. HUGS!!
I'm sorry to hear about your Grandma. Yeah, I am currently working on creating a second set right now. I ordered a case that is as close to my other favorite case and now I'm putting it altogether.

Holidays are definitely exhausting. I haven't wrapped anything. Haven't pulled everything together either. Never a last minute type person either. All outa sorts this year.
Yeah, the holidays themselves are pretty stressful. I hate it. I feel holidays get so chaotic for some reason. But there are some fun parts too.
I'm the same with Klara Markova's books, they just turn me down. I colored probably 2 pages last year and just rid of them. This year, I found really enjoyable to color Fairy tales by Emilie Lidehall. Easy to color, paper is amazing, Prismacolors love it :) I don't care anymore about backgrounds, shading, etc, just do what I want at the moment :)
My heart goes out to you on the passing of your father-in-law. It seems you landed in a stressful job and I hope you are able to work everything out. As for Christmas coloring, I have been coloring a page in the Home for the Holidays book, too. I just haven’t felt like coloring so I’ve been working on the one page for three weeks off and on. You aren’t alone!
