OUtpost Zero is where the first iteration of Below Zero started - when Robyn's surname was Goodall, and her sister Sam was in the orbiting space station. Robyn was a xenobiologist studying the penqlins and Same was an administrator. Robyn wakes up in her room (the snowed in one) shortly before the asteroid shower (that provides cover at the start of this version) wrecked the base.

Outpost zero can’t be reached while in sea truck I believe and it’s near the starting area, there ‘s a base above pilots last know location signal.

Activating the teleporter is the same as Subnautica - you have to find the mate of the teleporter that has the recepticle for the ion cube.

if he does play modded skyrim he should play around with the AI mods, Herika or Mantella. His 4090 could easily do it. 👍
If you need more ait for longer dives, carry an extra air tank and swap it for the empty air tank when needed.
