My worktime was over, but I'd already started to listen to this album. I couldn't just stop it and break the magic, so I stayed a bit longer and worked until it ended. It's a very big compliment from someone who hates working as much as I do.
Instant loved this band when I discovered them at the very beginning of 2022. I don't even listen to nordic folk but Kalandra have found a rather unique niche sound that blends differents styles and not just nordic folk. And I have yet to find a singer with a more mesmerizing voice than Katrine 😮 Really recommend seing them live. I had the chance to do that recently and it definitely turned me into an even more dedicated fan ! 😃

I was at live concert of Kalandra in Budapest yesterday. It was really beautifull experience (thank's a lot), but I would love to hear them with a bigger sound for sure. Really underrated band, vocalist, music at all. I wish them to follow their dreams.

Reminiscent of the now extinct industrial metal music of the 90's. Beautiful voice, lite with promise, and capable of digging and pulling up what personally haunts an individual. Which is nessasary. Unfortunately I only discovered Kalandra today. What music. Exactly what my soul loves...deep...thoughtful...and the sound caresses the soul. I already love this band and they have a german fan. Amazing...such music in this day and age...quite new and yet professional to the core. Thank you for existing.
Listen to their other album "The Line". I think they built their style with that project. I've had their music on replay for more than a year now. I'm so happy they released a new album.

I can't wait until my art studio is finished and then this music plays while I'm doing paint or draw or so. I often only experience music as a peripheral phenomenon when it's playing. But the music of Kalandra is full, permeating all senses, even those you only imagine. When I write poems, the words just come to me. Thanks again for the tip.

loved kalandra from the moment i saw the brave new world lyric video. followed them on the journey since then and they rarely disappoint. so grateful that they keep at it.
If you're a Berserk fan, you _need_ to listen to Kalandra while reading the manga. Berserk's gorgeous, atmospheric visuals and Kalandra's beautiful melancholy complement each other incredibly well
