    It's good how Jen was looking out for the neighbour's truck as it really could've sustained some damage by running into Az. He's so cute considering he's also such a giant and it was funny how he turned around as if to say 'don't worry Mum, I won't hurt the truck.'

    I just love how Jen is right there working with you. ❤❤ She's one amazing woman. Great cook feminine without being "too girly" , not afraid to get dirty. Smart funny attractive .....you two are so good together. You got one of good ones !!! ❤❤❤❤ Still waiting on her cook book on how to cook on/in a wood stove. It's completely different than cooking on a stove.

    Hey I got a small suggestion for your homestead I know your neighbors have tractors and whatnot but you may want to look at investing into a small garden tractor with a three-point hitch you can get all kinds of implements that would help you around the homestead so you don't have to go bother your neighbors for their bigger tractor I have a Wheel Horse 312 - 8 with a electric three-point hitch on the back and I cannot tell you how much I've used that around the house everything from grading the driveway to plowing up the garden to lifting logs up and moving them where I need them to go just a suggestion

    I watched this with the same level of energy that I used to have when I'd watch American Ninja Warrior. I wanted to whole thing to go well with no accidents happening. Az was the supervisor for part of the move. I'm amazed and relieved that the carport was able to be moved successfully. This way Nate didn't have to take it apart.

    When we moved a full 8x12 shed we laid small logs underneath it and rolled it using a UTV and tow straps. Worked well. Your method seemed to be a good idea concerning how large it is.

  • @77teodoro77

      I have a kubota b21, it's like a magnet for guys asking about it or wanting to buy it lol. Honestly, for how much a decent compact machine costs (10k+), most people would be better off buying a full size 5-10k (or an old case construction king bh) over a compact or subcompact. Can do a lot more, can be found cheaper as the smaller ones are more desirable.
      I'll never be without a 3 pt hitch again, they are the ultimate in versatility. Once someone gets a machine, they wonder how they went so long without one. Hope he gets one.

    My dad would build all small to medium buildings on skids. That way, we could move it if we wanted and needed to. It always came in handy if he sent us to move a building. The only thing we couldn't move was the tobacco barn, the animal barn and occur the house. He just said move this over to there,it was our responsibility to square it up and make sure it was level. It's pretty good for a couple of teenage gals.

  • @rickstephens1130

    I enjoyed this so much. I could just see my huge family, each believing we knew just how to make it work, and the eventual move and the falling down laughter as there are always weird things that just happen and fun is had by all. These things usually happened when a holiday brought us together or somebody has a pot-luck (bait for free labor). Those were good days.

    0:42 Also next time you move a car port (lmao) you can screw 2 screws in the board diagonally to act as miniature triangles to keep it in place so you don't have the 2x4 inside. Unless you just had low screws

    @TheYumelunarose Місяць тому

    @2:50 It is great to see a long form video from you. I think to answer to your question on how do you do long form, Is having a couple of cameras on a couple of tripods.( Maybe just one tripod if you're gonna include handheld footage too) Have them far enough back(distance won't matter on sound since you voice-over) to where it can see everything and then you can just crop the part of the yard that you don't need out visually, And then you can go in and crop out exact time too.
