Same thing. More cross face. I do it all the time. Teach Me Grappling with Coach Brian has a no gi version of this. It's simply more cross face. When Rayon flatten the arm on the face to free his leg, you'd simply switch your cross face to the other side.
Splashton Gracie said something similar couple of weeks ago; the family has a similar mind set that’s for sure, just like the old Thorston Gracie taught in the past, and his father, Hulkston Gracie, and his grandfather, Capitainston Gracie.
