A popular contemporary classic cocktail. Most likely made popular by it’s sweet, black raspberry liqueur and easy drinking nature.
INGREDIENTS
- 45mL Vodka
- 15mL Black Raspberry Liqueur
- 45mL Pineapple Juice
HOW TO
1. Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
2. Shake & double strain into a chilled coupe glass
3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge

0:14 I can't get over how smoothly he picks up and flips that shaker. From the unassisted eye, it appears as though the shaker literally just is suddenly right side up.

Steve, In India we do shake & fine strain for Martini drinks, and Garnish it with 1 Raspberry for French Martini.
What was the 3rd ingredient??
My bar goes for two double shots of pineapple juice. Previous place I worked was three shots. Funny how French Martini's are universally known but different all around

Great Cocktail, Great Video! But always use Fine strainer for coupes! You dont want that litte pieces of ice in Drinks without ice!

Except he likes it in his, and like he said twice in this video it's up to your personnal preference. I have regulars that ask for their drinks not strained all the time...
You know the cocktail's good when the barkeep's drinking the dregs out of the shaker.
I like to add little lemon for acidity otherwise drink sort of lifeless without it
If I dont use fresh pineapple juice i wont get the froth?
You will still get a nice froth even if you buy it in the bottle/carton.. 👌

Coup-ee 🤣🤣🤣 it's coupe....like I even had to google it to make sure I wasn't in the wrong, how are you going to show someone how to make a cocktail but can't even pronounce the glassware correctly 😅
Firstly, this video was from 7 years ago. Secondly, you think that mispronouncing the name of a glass will affect the actual drink? Thirdly, make sure you use correct spelling if you’re going to harass someone about pronunciation otherwise you look like the fool.
Glass wear? You don't wear it.
@pissonemillion266 actually glassware has been recycled and made into dresses for fashion projects, so you can wear it technically 😅
