Oh my, per a *recent* Nexus comment from Trainwiz, an update is on the works for Clockwork City. Never got to try it back in the day, so fingers crossed!
Years ago trainwiz said he was going to overhaul the clockwork City portion of Sotha Sil expanded but it never happened unfortunately hopefully once he finishes up his game it will happen.
I wish I could try Magicka Expanded. It's not really what I most want from a magic mod, but it's the closest we could get to that prior to OpenMW's fabled Great De-Hardcoding that will allow things far beyond what the script extenders can manage. However, I am already on OpenMW, for a variety of reasons, including vastly superior stability and natively running on a superior operating system, and LUA support is still in the process of being implemented as of this post. Soon, though. Soon. Also, I was so happy seeing SSE footage in the opening. It's certainly not perfect, but as should be pretty obvious from the credit for the suggestion (Squee! DEG acknowledged me for doing something good!), I think it's well worth it and a lot of fun.
For alchemy playthroughs, Poison Crafting (Greatness7) and Alchemical Knowledge (VitruvianGuar) are must-haves for me. I'm also rather fond of Weapons and Armor Diversity Overhaul (davidkrumz); it's vanilla-friendly and balanced.
Sotha Sil Expansion. Is it too much? Not lore friendly? It looks a little *loud* Or would you say it's fine and worth playing? I'm not a total purist but it seems like a lot. Can you play it after beating Tribunal?
Sotha Sil Expanded is buggy, every time I look for it I find forum posts about how things don't work in it. I played it, followed the walkthrough, got to the arms dealer and the walkthrough says he caves easy. That wasn't true in my game, he just kept telling me to piss off no matter what. This means the mod was then unplayable, I wouldn't be able to progress it.
Darkelfguy does Azura's work.

Oh wow, Pearl Palace! Even just seeing any of Korana's mods make me nostalgic, thank you for mentioning that.
Ah yes, another MMS video showcasing mods from one of my favorite games.
I just finished Sotha Sil Expanded yesterday. I think it’s my new favorite quest mod.
FYI, Trainwiz has a whole *series* of follow-ups to it for Skyrim, including Dwemer trains, space stations and a return to the Clockwork City itself.
Thank you for keeping up the great work over the years!
Nice to have you back; happy to hear the sparkle in your voice
Thank you for making these incredible mods so accessible for sorta-out-of-the-loop casuals like myself!
Thanks for the reminder how *OLD* both this game & I are
Great mod list, I really like both the UI Expansion and Magicka Expanded.

Great series. More, please

Awesome showcase. I also remember Pearl Palace fondly. It was murder on the fps though, as you pointed out. I might try it out again in OpenMw.
Awh yes, Sotha Sil Expanded is pretty epic too. Didn't Trainwiz work on that?
Aye, I'm pretty sure Trainwiz was the project lead on SSE.
@@MorrowindModdingShowcases That is what I thought.
very nice list
I played with SSE once and found it to be TOO big. Great list though! Magicka Expanded is 100% essential as someone who always plays magic users
👍 Nice.
