I hate the FA cup draws on fm. In the third of fourth round it’s ALWAYS a top 4 team. You never get drawn against lower league opposition which is realistic.

Can you explain to me how you actually lock in players to a position and also how you setup your staff responsibilities so you can SIM a season? I’ve played FM for years but have never SIM’D a season. Be a good video to make.

With locking players in when you simulate have them selected in your team (Just the players you want locked in) then when you go on holiday use team selection and team tactic need to be ticked!

Barco 100% better option but if I always went for the best option every rebuild would be the same!

Brighton are definitely the better version of Southampton hopefully they dont have a massive downfall if de zerbi leaves

They were good with potter and Chelsea took him then they just got de zerbi and they are still good I think they’ll be fine if de zerbi leaves (they might take a slight step down tho)
I was watching a video on it. Tony Bloom uses some software to assess signing and had scout that are position specific rather than region specific. Finally the also use the software for manager. They have at least 5 managers lined up to take over from De Zerbi.
