    Cam! 700k that's huge! Gosh I remember watching your channel so many years back. Your videos have gotten me thru so many hardships! Losing my dad, I remember just listening to your videos and your uplifting words. Filled me with so much hope and faith in God to get my thru and give me strength in my darkest times.
    And you continue to help me with the recent diagnosis of dementia for my mother. I put your videos on in the morning during my quiet time while I make my tea and just sit outside in the morning sun. All that to say thank you!!!
    As far as my favorite breakfast... I've been loving a bowl of fruit , yogurt, and add some walnuts for crunch.

    I have been subscribed to you for years now, wish I commented more.
    Just wanted to tell you you are a blessing and that your newsletter especially encouraged me this week. The Lord has been showing me the beauty in the hardness of this season and he used you to echo it even more! Hard seasons don't have to look insufferable, they can be a time of beautiful trust and growth in the Lord.
    My favorite breakfast I actually just discoved today! It's blended oats! In a blender I put oats, collagen, milk, honey, baking powder, fold in fruit and bake at 400 for 20 mins. It was like eating cake for breakfast!

    My go to breakfast is a sweet potato breakfast bowl. I add roasted sweet potatoes, eggs, tomatoes, kale or spinach, onions, pepper, and either feta or parmesean reggiano cheese. Salt and pepper and Sriracha on top!

      Yes, I put the potatoes in my air fryer and then add everything in a skillet.

    My fav breakfast lately has been avocado toast topped with blistered cherry tomatoes cooked in olive oil & like 5 minced garlic cloves, salt & pepper & raw onion. It is to die for. Would be bomb with drizzle of olive oil & some fresh lemon juice 🤤🤤🤤🤤

    My current fave breakfast is breakfast sandwhiches. English muffin, sunny side up egg, Canadian bacon and fig jam! So yummy especially with that runny yoke

    Weekday breakfasts are a homemade, hemp protein shake & weekends are 2 pasture-raised fried eggs(w/tons of medicinal herbs & nutritional yeast), slice of fried prosciutto & a slice of sprouted grains buttered toast🩵

    I’m pregnant right now but allergic to chicken eggs /: everyone talks about how important choline is so I started eating duck eggs!     You have really started me on my journey to understanding gut health and what our bodies need to function properly. I'm looking at it from the post menopausal stage of life and hope to help other women in all stages of menopause. So thank you!     Your energy and excitement for everything is my favorite! For breakfast I’ve been loving a big smoothie with tart cherrys, a big handful of mixed greens, equip protein powder 2 Brazil nuts for selenium and amla powder for the best source of vitamin c 🤍 so yummy and my toddler drinks it with me!
    Have to hide all those goodies somehow😆
    Always love your grocery hauls and recipes!

    My favorite breakfast lately has been scrambled eggs with parmesan, blueberries, and a piece of toast! It leaves me feeling nourished and ready for the day.
    I also wanted to share that your innher strength workouts have been such a blessing! My dad started doing them with me when I went home from college during covid. Now many years later he FaceTimes me and we still do them together! It has been such a great way to keep up both active and also stay in touch throughout our busy lives. I always ask him which one he wants to do and he always says any of them except the one with burpees😂

    My all time favorite breakfast is a Dutch baby pancake. I love it because it uses up a lot of eggs that our chickens are laying right now. I’s more simple to make then scrambled eggs! You just put it in the oven and it’s done. My toddler loves it and hates eggs. I top it with fresh fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup💗

    My go to breakfast is a rice paper egg wrap! Rice paper placed on a frying pan, then crack the egg in the center and spread it all over the paper. Add spices, green onions, veg of choice and let ir cook up. Fold it in half or i quarters before its completely done cooking, adding mayo in the center. Then let the outside crisp up! You can hold it like an enevelope and eat it 😊

    My favorite breakfast is sliced sweet potatoes, fried in Ghee. Add diced: sautéed red onions, red bell pepper and portobello mushrooms. With nutritional yeast sprinkled on top. Eggs with Parmesan, Reggiano, and chives. Sliced avocado. Woa!!Everyone who visits me will ask for that breakfast. Even if they’re not on a health journey.

    Hi Cambria, I almost cried at the end when you started talking about when you only had a couple hundred subscribers. I remember finding your channel when I was 22 and I am 29 now. Time flies! Thank you for all the videos you make, they have always brought me so much comfort and joy. My favorite breakfast recipe right now is oatmeal, bananas, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. I have also been starting my day with LMNT in my water and that has really helped my mood and focus.

    Hi Cambria, I've been following you even before coming to US. Since 2015, I was still living in UAE. I'm so encouraged everytime I watch your video. I just started to really pay attention to my health when I came to NY last year. I'm more intentional this year not only for me, but for my husband as well. My current favorite breakfast is a bowl of greek yogurt with chia seeds, almonds, goji, and triberries (blue, red & black berries) and one boil egg.

    My go-to breakfast is avocado toast with fresh parsley and green onion from my little garden, plus lemon juice and either a fried egg on top or scrambled eggs on the side.
    I also sometimes love to get latkas or the cauliflower little patties from TJ's and put avocado, parsley, lemon juice, and eggs and on top and eat that all together.
    So good!!

My favorite breakfast is a savory zucchini waffle or hummus toast with goat cheese and arugula on top plus two organic eggs or an organic chicken sausage and cottage cheese pancakes with nut butter and homemade berries jam.

    I love making steel cut oatmeal with cinnamon, maple syrup, chia seeds, flax seeds, and almond butter mixed in with a side of eggs and avocado slices. Green tea, and water. And black coffee.

    I generally rotate breakfasts so I have something different.
    When I teach I love to prep gelatin in the fridge and make a gelatin “mousse” and just switch up toppings, flavors, etc.!
    This morning I did vanilla chai protein w. cottage cheese, berries, and tahini!

    My favorite is a one sheet baking pan of roasted sweet potatoes, bacon, onion and bell pepper. Half way through baking make sections for cracked eggs. Then finish baking! SO easy and SO delicious🤤🍳🥓

    I work graveyard shift so my breakfast has to be simple and fast. It's simple but delicious. French toast and homemade chocolate milk and avacado egg toast if I have the energy. GOD IS GOOD !!!

    this past month i made it a goal to eat more and specifically to incorporate more protein into my diet and your videos have been soooo helpful!!❤️‍🔥 my go to breakfast currently has been scrambled eggs in a wrap w veggies or oatmeal topped w a bunch of yummy fruits, seeds, nuts etc. ☺️🤏🏼 yum!!

    My go to breakfast is a veggie scramble, and I change it up with whatever vegetables I have with scramble eggs and fruits on the side. Honestly the easiest way to get some veggies in first thing in the morning

    Lately I’ve been making tofu scramble with a bunch of sautéed greens and veggies, garlic, turmeric, herbs. I add to a GF Trader Joe’s quinoa tortilla I toast up in my cast iron skillet. I add fresh avocado as a base, a little hot sauce & also add sauerkraut & chicken sausage depending on the day. I crave this breakfast.

    Loved this video, Cambria! My favorite breakfast recently has been a high protein oatmeal with egg, collagen, milk, coconut sugar, cinnamon and ginger. It's amazingly comforting and so warming in these chilly months. 😋🤤

    This is going to sound like a weird combo for breakfast but I love doing a egg and purple cabbage scramble it’s so good it’s gentle on my stomach, and the purple pigments are in added bonus. Sometimes I add sausage if I want some added protein ❤

    Hi Cambria! I love your videos! they have helped me so much over the years. I have hypothyroidism as well so I always come to your videos for meal suggestions and nutrition tips! I’m actually really bad at eating breakfast and I’m trying to make more of an effort not to skip it. However, my favorite breakfast is a yogurt bowl with fruit, honey and granola. I keep meaning to try the bee pollen! I’m planning on trying your hydration drink recipe as well! 😊 Awesome video! Now I have a lot more to add to my list when I go to Costco!

    My go to breakfast right now is actually yogurt,granola and bee pollen it’s been super easy to Throw together recently. Another one would be scrambled eggs in a siete tortilla with a sautéed onion

    Favorite winter breakfast is farm fresh eggs, local pork sausage, berries, and a skyr yogurt! My toddler also is obsessed with this combo.

    My favourite breakfast recently has been english muffin, avocado, ajvar spread and chilli tuna. To change it up sometimes I'll replace the chilli tuna with an egg and some danish feta. I'm honestly in love with the ajvar-avocado combination. It is soooo good!!

    My go to breakfast is homemade sourdough with eggs+egg whites, feta crumbles cooked in, turkey bacon on the side and avocado!! I also have a second breakfast for my snack with organic Greek yogurt, maple syrup and organic blueberries! My go-to drink in the morning is a double shot espresso latte with almond milk, but London fogs are so good too 😭💞

    My favorite breakfast is an açaí bowl I added coconut flake, strawberries, and bananas, with cocoa nips. I am so happy I truly feel a difference since I am doing you hydrating drink the aloe Vera is making my skin so glowing. I am 57 yrs, young. And, it’s a struggle .     For breakfast literally almost every single day is a big bowl of oatmeal with a huge scoop of peanut butter and a big scoop of jelly and then frozen blueberries on top. I keep them frozen because I love the mixture of hot oatmeal and frozen berries!😍
