@@slash_em could you pick up the guns you left on the road in front of the police station please, also there was a safe you jammed inside the gun store which probably had ammunition. you can get it open with a acetylene torch.
Not sure if you found a solution but sometimes you need to enter a map chunk from a different direction to get the mission to recognize your arrival. I'd try walk around it some to see if it triggers.
I havent recorded the next episode yet, but from what i see on reddit that marker wont move back to indicate i need to return. Something about the way missions are coded, need to be revised in the next release. Mission is complete, i think.

have you read the sign at the entrance ? that could be the way to complete the mission.
