To have the capeverdean food You need to go to Santo Antão and have ''kuskus'', ''papaya jelly'', ''coconut sweet'', ''banana pastries:fonginho'', the goat cheese and local Rhum:grog
@@KNTshows once you are in São Vicente ,(which has not so much to see) stay one day or two and then take the ferry boat and in 1h you are in Santo Antão. Once in Santo Antão go to Paul valley and Ribeira grande valley. These two valleys have the ''wow factor''. That is the agricultural zone of cape Verde and you can taste the best food from cape Verde.
Cap verd is clean country I like it I wish all Africans countries to be clean like this ❤but what I don’t like they have less trees 🌳.it will nice to plant same trees 🌳
@@mkmusik7256 no it is not easy to find jobs because the country lacks jobs, unemployment is very high, most capeverdeans immigrate to Portugal, us, France, Netherlands to find a job. The best option for a foreigner is to be involved in tourism. If you can organise the visit of tourists from your country you will make lots of money. Imagine you bring 1000 tourists per month, and ask each 100dollars for the service, you get 100k$ per month.
I'm sorry but that catxupa doesn't look too good You should have tried a homemade catxupa That one it's missing lots of things specially chorizo Also the portion it's too small Looks like they put it for a child You should try again in another place Your video just show up randomly and I saw cape verde so I had to watch Where I born You should go to praia (Santiago ) Next time It has a lot to see But in general all cabo verde its beautiful
I want to personally apologize for that plate of “katxupa”. I’m sorry that you had the worst experience trying katxupa for the first time. that’s not how we make a Katxupa. That representation was horrible. Most of this fancy restaurant does not represent us when it comes to Make Katxupa. when you removed the lid from that plate i was shocked, my jaw dropped, i am still in disbelief. Note: if the right person make you a Katxupa you will love it.
If you want to eat real and tasty Cape Verdean food, you have to go to Santiago Island, to eat food made by the women there. Santiago Island is the mother of all islands. Santiago Island is the purest mix of Africa and Europe of the islands
That’s not cachupa. You will never eat cachupa in a restaurant. Only a friend can make cachupa in Cape Verde. And don’t lie. It is not nice. I tried it in restaurant I hate it
In restaurants they can't make traditional cachupa because it take a lot of meat and vegetables and this can lead to food poisoning and you know how white people love to make easy money by suing the hotels and restaurants

I visited 14 African countries I have never seen Africans who hate and discriminate against other Africans like I have seen in Cape Verde 🇨🇻 Is very sad to be honest when you face this type of discrimination from Africans in Africa. You will only be fully respected if you’re from European decent.
