I love your channel! Bloody dark camp! I’m after a decent head torch, mines circa 2000 😂 might well invest. Keep the vids coming mate. You know it makes sense 👍
I had a Petzl Tikka XP from Go Outdoors 15 years ago. Was a good headlamp but technology has moved on and the Perun 2 Mini is better in every way. I just wish I'd made the switch earlier.
I have the perun 2 the bigger one its a beast like abit bulky at first but soon get used to it tho unreal battery life on turbo light a football field but on lowest just right in tent
Im olight fan like i got the warrior turbo camo lmt edition😂 its wrong the power 1000 metres so half mile obulb i use every night even the tiny aaa one you get free or they tenner ish theres loads cheap torches out but pay abit for quality and years of use ps,i saved up for all mine waited for olight deals they great savings but im a bugger for wanting my moneys worth and you get that with olight even boxes are like youd get a rolex in 😂so thats 2 geordie divvies rate them anyways eh fell wanderer😂😂😂
I had a Petzl Tikka XP from Go Outdoors 15 years ago, cost £40 and was powerful by yesterday standards, took AAA batteries which didn't last very long and had to keep replacing. Was a good headlamp but technology has moved on and the Perun 2 Mini is better in every way. I just wish I'd made the switch earlier.
Would you recommend it then the LED Lensa have you got the details on how to get one thank you go out and do abit of wild camping you know it make sense 🤘
I don't have a LED Lensa but something similar from LIDL. They are commonly known as Cree torches and are relatively inexpensive. I use them for light painting but they have a off putting tint so need to add a 1/2 CTO gel to warm the light up. Try Amazon for LED Lensa as I've not come across where to get one
If you want to see torch reviews, watch Trailtrek, he was doing a load the last time I looked. 😂 I'm not a tent person but wouldn't say no to a Hilleberg to review, nice to hear from you Andy.
I still have to edit that video, check out Lundys wildcamp bushcraft, Mountain hopper 57 and Graham's wildcamping to see the latest uploads of the teepee camp
We have our favourite gear but when something break's, it forces us to look for something new. After 15 years there is a big improvement in battery life and power etc..
Mind pointing that thing inside your shelter. Might go up in smoke.😂
I put a CTO gel (filter) in front of the lens on high power and smelled burning plastic so you have to be very careful.
You've convinced me, I'll buy two !
I was impressed with it and you won't be disappointed, ATB.

You could probably go lamping for rabbits with that, might be overkill for camping.
Looks a Ace bit of kit for sure cheers mate
Can't fault it, very bright for the size.
Looks like a decent bit of kit. It would come in handy for when I go night fishing 🎣
Good for fishing as it's IPX8 rated for under water and the red light is very bright.
Got it for Christmas from my daughter pal class pal just don't know what long it last on full charge pal good to see you out again
On moonlight mode you get 10 days battery life, turbo mode = 85 mins, high = 100 mins, medium = 7 hours, low = 26 hours
Cheers pal

Damien, can I ask where do you shop for your camo clothing?
I get combat jackets from Ebay, fishing hoodies from ALDI and LIDL. Primark is where I shop for olive drab trousers and T-Shirts

Hope you enjoy it, thanks for watching.
Great review Damien I've had lot's of torches from olight in the past never been disappointed with the quality atvb Jimmy 😎😎👍👍
I couldn't believe just how far technology has advanced, wish I'd made the switch from my old headlamps earlier, ATB.
👍👍⛺️⛺️👍👍
Quality gear olight like. I’m taking a break from torch reviews. I’m like you now. I’ll only accept if I need it. 👌 or it’s a tent 😂

Nice review Damien, could use it to blind an attacker whilst you escape. However its too pricey for me.😮
