I think it’s better to upgrade it to the next enhancement stats upgrade instead of filling it to lvl 15. Unless it’s a double crit rate and crit dmg sub stats. To save the fragments for future relics 😢

You're luckier than I am Moonburst, 300% drop is literally 300x the pain, the amount of times I've gotten crit dmg, cr and it roles on def or crit dmg and cr on a DEF piece is pain... Please relieve me hoyoverse!
