You can really use the lack of graphics to make a enemy look so uncomfortable or unnatural. If done right.
They even used a 2000’s era font. (That logo font is just “Unbreakable”.)
2003 would be a scary forboding year, if I went back in time and took over my body of that time, with my knowledge from here and now

For everyone who is interested, the word 完璧 (kanpeki) is a Japanese adjectival noun that means "perfect" or "complete". Which of course refers to the perfectionist mentality of the main character here.

I don't know if anyone has stated this before, but the Choking Game was a real thing. If you don't know exactly what I'm talking about, the Choking Game is where commonly kids and teens have self-forced Asphyxiation (choking/oxygen-deprivation) to get high without any drug-usage. People have unfortunately suffered brain damage and even death from playing this game. Now, according to this game one of the students (Hoshi I believe) played the Choking Game and, by theory, died from it. So, yeah, that was a thing, hope you enjoy the video a bit more with just a bit of morbid history under your belt. :]
I actually remember there being announcements about the detriments of the Choking Game such as what you are talking about bc someone at my school got hurt from it. I never participated but I distinctly recall some people I hung out with at least claiming that they had. There was a fainting one that came later (I think) that was similarly dangerous.
It’s basically like Whip-Its. The good old days when the most dangerous things facing public schools were sleeveless sports jerseys, Pokémon cards, and kids remembering how to breathe.
Slightly disturbing that. Especially considering that without some special effort, holding your breath too long just results in a loss of consciousness and immediate instinctual resumption of respiration whilst passed out. I take these kids were doing it enough to cause damage via more chronic induced apoxia?

Lol, but seriously the video game looks retro classic Resident Evil style vibe to it but has a unique mechanic which i never thought holding one's breath would help in game except for hiding. Not only that but the walking mechanic made me laugh.

They are probably not fans of it either. There any many things at work that I dislike, and unfortunately UA-cam does not come down to being self employed
it also often makes it hard to tell episode order as some have naming that doesn't indicate the part number or episode number. Probably a youtube thing though

They now number the episodes (series only) using hastags at the bottom left of the video. Hope this helps.
