One thing i learned i thought i'd share if you're still in Act 1. For the Broodmother's Revenge necklace. It's worth gathering Raspberries of off random shrubs (camp supplies) which can actually be used without costing ANY sort of action to restore some HP in combat. Meaning you can proc it without costing action economy!!
