The rolling extra may have been an accident but I kinda like it. Adds a small bit of realism and makes everything seem more frenzied. Some people would fall if something like that happened
The psychic kid seems a bit iffy. Seems like the sound hurt his ears, so it’s understandable he’d want to cover them. They probably should have placed him further away

The extra from Quantum of Solace was probably told to be quiet while sweeping, since the sound of the bristles on the ground could probably have been picked up by the overhead mic. I just find it hilarious that he thinks the way to go abut solving this problem is by lifting it off the ground about thirty centimeters! XD

I've worked as an extra in a couple different things and that almost certainly was the reason (the sound thing). I've seen sound guys get understandably agitated with extras because they were whispering conversations instead of miming them as instructed during a scene, and the mics were picking it up. Feel bad for that guy because I always see him getting crap for being a "bad" extra when he technically did his job right

You miss the best one. In Scarface (1983), there is a scene where Tony and Manny are talking about committing a crime (I can’t remember exactly). The scene takes place when the refugees are living under the highway. As Tony and Manny are walking towards the camera, you can see an older man with a Hawaiian shirt walking in and and out of the scene behind theme. In the next scene, at the airport, you see the exact same man, with tractor the same clothes, walking with a limp and a suitcase in hand. This is by far the worst extra ever.

I feel like a guy smiling while running from a shark arrack is a definite possibility. People are weird, man. And the unzipped fly, well, that shit happens irl, so it's just a little human moment that doesn't take away from anything. The rolling in the crowd running scene seemed pretty natural to me. The broom guy, while silly looking, was likely following orders to avoid sound or dust. The lazy student probably should have kept running, though lol but I would have done the same 😆 the psychic kid is unfortunate, but his ears probably hurt from previous takes. Doc Martin's kid... that's funny and odd lol idk how they didn't catch that!

Oh my, you’ve clearly never been on many film sets, my friend. I’d have to write a book here to really explain how this works. Firstly, you’ve got union and non-union background actors. The union (background) actors are a mix of trained actors and experienced background actors, while the non-union (background) actors are typically inexperienced non-actors or people just entering the industry. Then there are the people wrangling the “extras”. They tend to do a shit job at it, and like most everyone on a set, treat the background actors as if they were total idiots who were born yesterday. Also, unlike some film making myths may have some folks believe, no one is paying attention to background continuity either, except the underpaid experienced union background actors - who are literally the only working members of a production who don’t get mentioned in the credits. When an extra mentions a continuity issue, it’s usually ignored, as people usually just want the day to end. And filming days run very long, sometimes past the magical 16 hour mark where “golden time” happens and checks get real big all of a sudden. Background acting is exhausting work, as you’d be surprised at how sitting around having to be ready at any second sucks the energy from your soul. So much of the time these folks are totally drained by the time they complete a shot. They berate them all day, treat them like dirt, give little useful direction, make them wait at the back of food lines, expect them to snack on Twizzlers and peanut shells, and pay them shit. Sure, there are the random unemployable non-union retarded extras, but most people doing those jobs are no more or less smart than most people you’d meet anywhere else. Just like everywhere else, IQs typically range from 85-120, with the random 120-145 folks on a set. In other words, it more complicated than you may think.

Rolling Extras seemed normal, as if people would fall from clumsy running, not sure how realistic since I have never been in any mass shooting or robbery in a mall, or whatever, but that feels pretty normal/realistic considering there might be people who push others just to save themselves, so some might fall down, the question is, in what ways...so physics should come into the play of making it convincing if you pay enough attention to those extras, but I think they did their job well and sold it anyway.
In fighting movies I always watch how extras are fighting and falling, whether they run to the hero close in, are they waiting for their turn, and whether or not they are falling from nothing or they actually get fake punched, etc.

Towards the end, when the Blues Brothers make their entrance at the Palace Hotel Ballroom and strut onstage. Some other good ones:
-In _Hellboy (2004),_ when Hellboy and Sammael first crash into the subway station during their second fight and level the ticket booth, the crowd scatters. Except in two or three shots, there's a woman with dark hair who is just... casually strolling away at a snail's pace, looking down with a blank look on her fact, like she can't be bothered to react. Every other extra is doing their job and reacting to the carnage except for her. And unfortunately she's front and center in two of the shots, and the editor is clearly trying to cut around her so she isn't noticeable. If you notice her, she sticks out like a sore thumb and will be the only thing you'll see.
-In _Spider-Man 3,_ during the key to the ceremony, as soon as Gwen calls out "Spider-Man!" watch the people on the left side of the screen. One of the extras goes friggin' apeshit! Like her eyes practically leap out of her skull and she screams out "SPIDER-MAN?!?!" like she's shocked, stands up and points with exaggerated motion... then literally grabs the side of her head and starts rocking back and forth like an idiot. It's the funniest thing, and it's super distracting once you notice it the first time. She's clearly milking her opportunity to be on camera.

The post-celebratory-high-five-gone-horribly-wrong, after the Pod Racing scene in The Phantom Menace, fucking killed me for some reason! 😂😂 The two kids who played Anakin’s friend, what’s-his-face, and Little-Greedo’s-Twin (whoever the hell that was) were hilarious! It’s probably fair to say that the mask was obstructing “Greedo reject’s” vision, but it still makes me laugh!

What makes number 8 more hilarious is that the guy looked VERY lost as he enters completely from off-screen, and looked like he could fall any second now. As for number 6...yeah, it looked like the kids were distracted by SOMETHING, not just being frozen.

LG GM. I think it's something they needed to "fix in post". Like that was the only cut of the main actors in the foreground that they could use, but the kids in the background were picking their noses or another extra blundered into the shot, so they superimposed an image of the kids just sitting there and hoped nobody would notice they weren't moving.

I knew #1 would be the head butting stormtrooper. Another one the original Dawn of the Dead. A zombie extra that lied dead from a gunshot suddenly moved to avoid being hit by another falling zombie.

For #4. Quantum of Solace. First off, I haven't seen the movie to judge that scene on what happen. I'm just going to make an assumption. If there was any dialog on that scene in question. I'm going to assume that the boom mic audio guy was picking up odd noise. And someone pointed out that sweeper guy. So I'm going to assume that sweeping guy have to improv that scene due to audio issues...
