To give a bit of context to the Vickie ladder spot, she wasn't actually late. Apparently what happened was at the time Ray was in a bad position, so if Vickie ran down an pushed the ladder Rey could have been hurt so the producers in the back told Vickie to wait.
"In the custody of dominick ladder match" they actually did the spot, eddie was just awkwardly hanging and "struggling" to get the briefcase cause vickie missed her cue, so rey basically had to improvise and pull eddie down, after he falls, eddie screams "where the fuck was vickie?!?!". Just a technicality, keep up the good work!

If you guys haven't seen Lucha Underground, please check it out. It's not a huge run to get through and it's awesome, it's a big chunk of what got me back into watching wrestling on a more regular basis again.
I completely forgot Rey won the US Title. In fact he won it twice. First time he beat Joe for it but then immediately vacated it the next night due to injury. Second time he beat AJ Styles on a random episode of Raw then dropped it about a month later to Andrade (who I also forgot held the title) on a house show of all places. So yeah, his reigns weren’t memorable in the slightest.
