In Man on the Moon, Jerry Lawler played himself, Jim Ross cameo'ed on commentary for the match scene, Lance Russell played the ring announcer, so there was more than one wrestling personality involved but I suppose only Jerry counted as a wrestler.
No way they would EVER get Lance Russel. I don't 100% know the range of their knowledge but I know that they mainly focus on modern. So getting them to guess a guy who mainly did commentary at a Memphis territory and occasionally a WCW C-Show is just impossible.
I learned about Kevin Nash being in TMNT 2 before I even started watching wrestling cause they did a behind the scenes review in a kid's magazine my mom bought for me in the checkout line to shut me up for 10 minutes back in the day. There was a pic of Super Shredder with his helmet off and they listed him in the interview as a former bouncer/pro wrestler. (He'd been in WCW by that point.)
Man On The Moon is a biopic about Andy Kauffman. Jerry Lawler played himself in the movie for the time in Andy's life when those two had a wrestling angle
Man On The Moon is a biopic about Andy Kaufman, who did some wrestling stuff as well, intergender matches but also had a semi-feud with Jerry Lawler, Lawler basically plays himself in the movie
When Dante mentioned the promo between Punk and HHH about movies going straight to DVD... I'm surprised he didn't remember the promo where CM Punk literally called Kevin Nash, Super Shredder.
7:56 Man on the Moon was about Andy Kaufman (Jim Carrey played Andy) Lawler and Kaufman had beef back in the day. So it makes since for Lawler to appear as himself since he was still alive at the time the movie was made, whereas Kaufman died about 15 years prior.
I submitted 3 quizes of my own. Including my own "Guess the wrestlers in the movie". I also submitted a "Guess the wrestler by their old school theme" (aka theme they used to have) and "Vince McMahon quiz"
I can't believe I actually watched Suburban Commando in either 1991 or 1992. I remember how bad it was and that The Undertaker had like only one speaking line and he had a really high voice prompting Hogan to utter the line "no wonder you guys don't speak"
@6:37 How tf do they not know The Devils Rejects? One of the best, most Gory, crazy movies, with a sprinkle of sexy in there cause of his wife lol! Like that and the House of 1000 Corpses are 2 of my favorite movies ever!!!
You guys have to see Man on the moon. Andy Kaufmans is a legend, his comedy holds up to this day. Way ahead of his time and an amazing heel wrestler to boot.
The only thing I could think of for "Rollerball" was Rocco, and there was no way a long retired British wrestler with a heart condition who'd only had a very short run in the WWF in 1980 was going to be in a 2002 film with LL Cool J.
When Sharknado kept coming up, I was like, "RVD! RVD!" but then I remembered he was in 3-Headed Shark Attack. lol Also, I'm surprised Mr. Nanny hasn't come up yet.
the scene with Edge in Highlander: Endgame is on youtube (about 2min long) and it´s actually a fun scene the wager was tough because all you see of the Kevin Nash is his hand as big Shredder in the end ... the only one I knew though - as a Kevin Nash fan in the 90s of course I had to watch everything that had his name
I think that is more something you take to your grave, not gonna knock some one for knowing one maybe 2 but if you knew all 3..... com'on there are better movies to waste time on let alone remember. But then again that is coming from a guy who rented the Hulk Hogan movies from block buster on VHS when the had the $1 old movie rentals when I was a kid.
I'm surprised The Punisher (featuring an appearance from Kevin Nash0 didn't come up in this quiz. Kinda funny fun fact too is that the movie trailer for Suburban Commando is on the VHS copy for TMNT: Secret of the Ooze - bonding of the NWO way back when
You guys need to watch Suburban Commando. I *loved* that movie as a kid. I’m sure it’s terrible, I haven’t seen it since I was like 9, but man I loved it at that age
The thing i love about this channel is its proof that people are hungry for wrestling content. That makes me a long time wresting fan very exvited about wrestling and its future.
9:45 WWE never let CM Punk do movies, it was a grievance of his after he left. I think he might have been comparing Triple H's acting career to The Rock's.
I had 9 points going into the final question. I guess I've watched a lot of movies in my life. Lol. I put 5 as my bid in my head....Then a Ninja Turtle question pops up when those were literally my favorite movies growing up! Kevin Nash played the end movie "Super Shredder" and I still remember CM Punk cutting that promo against him about it.
There's a movie out there called My Dad is a Heel Wrestler starring Hiroshi Tanahashi that I've wanted to watch for a really long time, it seems really nice. Sadly, I can't really find it with English subtitles yet. Tanahashi basically plays a father whose son hates that Tanahashi is a wrestler, and Tanahashi himself is a comedy heel in the ring.
Highlander is awesome. The first one and the series at least. There are people in all periods of time born as highlanders, that are essentially immortal unless another highlander cuts off their head giving them their power. In the end there can only be one highlander. The theme song is Princes of the universe by Queen. All around cool. Highly recommend it
Highlander refers to the area of Scotland that Connor MacLeod (movies) and Duncan MacLeod ( TV Series) grew up in. Other immortals come from various places around the world.

Damn...only had 3 points in the Wager Round. Got Man On the Moon easily, and one of the Rollerball ones because one wrestler was an announcer in the film. Rollerball is a fantastic film when I saw it with a friend of mine 20 years ago. I said The Bushwackers for Suburban Commando.. lmao.
Fourteen points! Kane Edge Jerry Lawler Steve Austin Hulk Hogan Jesse Ventura Paul Heyman Kevin Nash for true double wager. Edit: for Part 3, just have the 'Stache Bros name every wrestler in Ready to Rumble.

Orton was dishonorably discharged after going AWOL. When he was announced to star in the second installment of the marine. The USMC contacted the studio and complained.
“Think of two wrestlers in the 90s….” These guys don’t know 90s wrestlers. They think the 70s, 80s, and 90s were all the same rosters. I was going to joke that one of them would put Andre, but then he really did.
John wagering 0 points was actually super smart in a hard quiz like that. Hats off for that 💪🏻
Kinda unfair because they never said if there aloud to wager 0 points
What’s smarter is wagering negative points and purposely getting the answer wrong
@@hector5561 Dante had wagered 0 before but i dont know on which video
@@hector5561 it’s only fair cuz if he got it right he wouldn’t get any points

But Paul Heyman counted as well on the Rollerball one.
Also the ref is played by Mando Guerrero

Yeah it's about Andy Kaufman and he and Lawler had legit beef back in the day.
Who knew I’d spend hours of my time as an adult watching wrestling quiz videos
One of the funniest quizzes to date considering half the moves I think 90% of the world have not heard of 😂😂

I’m so glad y’all make these videos tbh! One of the things k honestly look forward to everyday is a new MBW/Lumberlend video everyday!
SUPER SHREDDER FOR THE WIN!!!! I love Kevin Nash.

It’s crazy that once he said Rollerball I knew the exact two Shane McMahon right away but I’m sure he was a very very quick cameo.
Paul Heyman was in the trailer. He's the announcer.
There's actually 3 wrestlers/personalities - Shane, Paul, and Scotty 2 Hotty.

Tyler Mane(aka "Big Sky" in early 1990s WCW and "Sabretooth" in the X-Men movie series) was also in "The Devil's Rejects".
Randy was pitched for marine 2 but the marines said "ur fuckin funny"
Good luck guys.im going to do the quiz with you guys.this will be fun
Jerry Lawler played himself in Man On The Moon. It was an Andy Kaufman biopic. Andy had a feud with Lawler.
