In some cases it could be just a post tb sequale as explained in video or there could be some kind of residual disease.
This cannot be confirmed without adequate testing.

Had Lymph node tb a couple of years back, had 1 year of treatment and was cured. 6 months back in my medical for middle East showed scary in my lungs, and my candidature was cancelled. Can I do anything about it ?

Scars cannot be cured.
At the max what can be done is a Bronchoscopy test to prove that there is no active infection, reports of which can be submitted at the Applying authority.
Still only 10-20% chances of getting accepted
