Retired KZ1000P First Start After Sitting 3 years - KZP Tour / Walk Around

Picked this 1995 Kawasaki KZ1000P up for $500. It has 72k miles and the story I was told is that it sat in the police garage for 3 years after the officer who rode it retired.
