I can really relate to this time in your life. Our son, 19 as of today, is graduating from college in a couple of weeks. He already has a full time job that he's been working part time at and has been doing lots of traveling with the company already. He is an only child, not because we wanted it that way, it just worked out that way. It is hard as a parent to watch your kid(s) become adults, not because you don't want them to find their own way, but selfishly, we want to keep them around because we love them so much and we don't want to miss out on anything. I remember when he was just learning to crawl, walk, talk, etc. and one of us would be away at work or wherever and would miss one of those events, it was the worst FOMO. Those feelings don't go away because they become adults. We are extremely proud of the man he is becoming, just as I can see you and Keith are proud of the adults your children have become. The empty nest phase of life/marriage might be most difficult in some ways. At least we (hopefully) have the wisdom from life lessons to be able to navigate it. I love the mountain videos just as much as the tropics. The world is such a beautiful place and some of us may never see it first hand but thankfully there are awesome people like you that share them with all of us to enjoy.
Renee, your videos just keep getting better and better. Just a total pleasure to watch! And Finn is quite the musician. I hope your kids appreciate what amazing parents they picked😁 It really is awesome to see young people able to explore the world and their passions in ways that weren't available to us Gen X people

At a couple of weeks short of 70 years old I can say you need to get out and explore the world while you are young. I didn't and I've been kicking myself about it for decades. Take a few years after high school or college and go to Europe, or Asia or South America. You'll never regret it if you do and likely regret it if you don't. Keep the good stuff coming guys.

I watch your videos and love them, I can't even begin to know how much work goes into them. I live in the mts at this time in my life and miss the oceans while growing up. I hate to say anything negative, but maybe just point out that those single use coffee dispensers are one of the most picked up plastic items I find in the mangroves when we pick up in Key Biscayne. They make the reusable basket, if you didn't know.
Keith, I'd do some research into sharpening stones. It's basically like sand paper for your knives. I've been using them for a couple of years and my knives are razor sharp.
I remember you saying you wanted to do more videography and that you enjoyed it. Well, this was a beautiful video. What a beautiful ranch. For years, I had horses and trail-rode for hundreds of miles. I wish I had been able to ride your ranch. I look forward to seeing you guys back on the boat. I'm glad you dodged the hurricane.
Your b roll is amazing and enchanting. Makes you want to be there. Being a working high school teacher I love my crockpot too. Love sharing and getting recipes. Try this Pot roast Cover with Lipton's dry Onion or Onion mushroom soup mix and a can of cream of mushroom. Cut an onion in half. Place rounds all around roast like a turtle shell. Put in whatever root veggies you like (carrots, potatoes, celery etc). Cook on high for 4 hrs. One pot meal. So easy. Use leftovers for sandwiches. My daughter has a feeding tube so I only cook for two as well.

I saw you sailing around the world but I never knew that you also live ranch life, it is soo cool. It reminded me of a video game I played called “Red Dead redemption 2”. I thought it was a fictional world far from reality(cause Rwanda doesn’t look like that😂) but after seeing this video, it’s as real as it can get without being there. Best knife sharpening system I’ve found is a 1x30 belt sander with 600 & 1000 grit belts as well as a leather stropping belt. And I’ve been able to sharpen and deco ceramic blades with a 600 grit diamond belt.

At a couple of weeks short of 70 years old I can say you need to get out and explore the world while you are young. I didn't and I've been kicking myself about it for decades. Take a few years after high school or college and go to Europe, or Asia or South America. You'll never regret it if you do and likely regret it if you don't. Keep the good stuff coming guys.

We get Mule deer and wild turkeys in our backyard. They come within a foot from us. Love how the deer bring their fawns back. ❤ Coulee Dam, Washington.

I hate to say anything negative, but maybe just point out that those single use coffee dispensers are one of the most picked up plastic items I find in the mangroves when we pick up in Key Biscayne. They make the reusable basket, if you didn't know.

Keith, I'd do some research into sharpening stones. It's basically like sand paper for your knives. I've been using them for a couple of years and my knives are razor sharp.

Pot roast
Cover with Lipton's dry Onion or Onion mushroom soup mix and a can of cream of mushroom. Cut an onion in half. Place rounds all around roast like a turtle shell. Put in whatever root veggies you like (carrots, potatoes, celery etc). Cook on high for 4 hrs. One pot meal. So easy. Use leftovers for sandwiches. My daughter has a feeding tube so I only cook for two as well.

I saw you sailing around the world but I never knew that you also live ranch life, it is soo cool. It reminded me of a video game I played called “Red Dead redemption 2”. Best knife sharpening system I’ve found is a 1x30 belt sander with 600 & 1000 grit belts as well as a leather stropping belt. And I’ve been able to sharpen and deco ceramic blades with a 600 grit diamond belt.
