You have to stretch the balloons (by pulling them as you were doing) then with the hand pump inflate slightly then let the air out. This will stretch the balloon to allow more air to be put into it. With the small tip of the electric pump blow up the balloons. Do not over inflate the balloons this will cause them to pop or have a weird/conelike shape. You can also use the hand pump and pump about 4-5 times to inflate if you don't have the small tips for the electric pump. I've also noticed that some balloon brands just don't work when double stuffed...this could have been the case as well. Either way super cute!!!! Good job!
