Even in the best places emergencies happen in seconds and police are minutes away, therefore you are your own 1rst responder. Chicago folks should be getting their concealed carry licenses.
Warning of another robbery spree? I just watched a CBS Chicago news video dated three weeks ago that said there were 14 robberies by a group of Black thugs recently.
What I can't understand is the Chicago police department is the largest, most funded, and has the most firepower of any gang in the city, and your telling me the CPD gang can't beat a gang of eight black kids? Then again when the police get in trouble for shooting someone who pulls a gun on and shoots them, I guess it's a damn good time to be a robber than a cop.
The gangs are wearing masks, gloves, and probably taking multiple additional precautions to mask their identities. They are well trained and as they conduct more operations like these, they will only get more refined in their tactics. Police can't necessarily respond because by the time they've been notified the suspects are long gone. They are stealing victims phones and it is being done while no one else is around to witness it, meaning it will be several minutes most likely before police are even aware that it's occurred.
Its not the arresting, its that animal kim foxx that lets them run around, while smelly brandon defends them.

If anyone wants to keep those businesses alive, then tell those crooks to call it off.
You need to look at it from a government point of view. If the business fail the city will lose sales tax revenue and business licences fees. Building owners will lose retail tenants and will push for lower property values and taxes. The more the crooks success the more tax dollars will be lost, and less money for supporting the southern border invaders.
They know when the officers switch shifts probs. If you catch a precinct in a shift change I’m sure there’s almost nobody on the road. In my town it’s 7am and it’s a ghost town. You see em all going back to the station home free
