The Sire has the 60s pickup location and the Fender has the 70s. To me there is a huge difference. To make this comparison fair you need to use a Sire V7 vintage 2nd Gen.
Fender .. the mid range not contrôled if you booste the mid and modifié fréquence in sire you have à similar sound .. and for marcus tone sadowsky preamp for all basses
Satoshi I want that Sire bass you're playing so bad it almost makes me sick , but I bought a Fender Jazz bass MIM 3 years ago , I play for enjoyment so. Maybe one day in the future after i pay off my credit card i will buy the Sire bass , I only have one bass my old 1986 Ibanez EX 404 needs rewiring. You play very well , have fun my friend.

The Fender just sound so much better. The Sire sounds good But the Fender is the real deal. Much better sound. Just my 2 cents
yes it's deeper and more open sounding. Sire is good too but LIke the Fender better.
Should i get these strings? I love marcus miller and i really love his tone. I have a sire bass.

コメントいただきどうもありがとうございます。映像の弾いていない１本は1990年代に購入し古くなってきたので、綺麗なものを入手しこれを弾きました。共に改造なしです。なので音もそんなに変わらず同じ感じです。外部プリアンプは使用せず、EBSマルチコンプと、zoomマルチでイコライザーで高域を上げて他は少々上下にいじったくらいです。また何かアップしましたらよろしくお願いいたします。ありがとうございました。
sire is good value for money, but I prefer Fender, although more expensive

Sire sounds more clear and fatter and have more sound options, Fender have more midtone but sounds dirty is is not better like people are saying...

Ewww, why the heck does your bass sound like that!? My Sire V7 sounds way fatter than that.
NEVER test a bass with full compression, it alters the natural tone,thats why both basses sound so muffled
