Iam in canada myself,and i came this month.however much i agree with you,i also suggest pia mtu ajitume,there are so many groups za kenyans living in canada,fika canada cosultants etc.atleast u connect na watu wako huko.i stayed at a hosts place and i paid 300 dollars to be hosted,so kutafuta keja haikuwa stress.nilibonga na wasee wako huku and the adviced me in all ways.any way,,,,RIP wamboi.

The Northern states share same winter weather with Canada but Canada is extremely cold, literally. I got to Minnesota after getting to New York first, Minnesota got more colder, I was literally shaking and I had winter weather clothes that I bought In Kenya. Canada manzee is no joke.
You can't know about this cold till you get there ,it's better to go in the summer months then you ease into the cold weather , coz myself also when I went winter was late it was cold but not Winter yet so I was fooled by the weather till I saw the winter luckily there way many coat donations

California is not as cold. The weather is really good but the place is super expensive. Florida is tropical so often warm and super humid. It’s also not as expensive as California

Folks, stop telling the people ,come to canada and everything will be okay. Please tell them to get a skill, be certified in some skill. Tell them bring some funds with them, tell them there are qualifications to become eligible for asylum. Can you imagine how many people will be deported once they reach the front of the line and dont qualify?
