yeah, I'm not a big fan of those kind of videos either. I think they will figure it out. It's in their best interest to do so. That's how they make this investment pay off. Eventually all the maps will be out and people will chill out, it just may be a bit painful until they figure it out.
I feel like the only reason anyone is complaining about Ark is because they keep over-promising on release dates. If they told us the center would be released a month from now from the get go no one would bat an eye, but because they consistently look like they are failing (despite consistently eventually releasing better content and improving) it makes the state of ASA look rough because all you hear is complaining. All they have to do is not promise things they can’t deliver on. The easiest of which is to set ACTUAL release dates and keep their promises. It’s not like we are paying for things and then not getting them, after all. It’s just delayed free content. It doesn’t help that it has one of the most toxic communities in gaming, rivaling that of Dead By Daylight.
I know we all expect the delays, but it's still disappointing when they happen. They brought a lot of bad PR on themselves when they promised Ark 2, then changed the plan to Ark 1.5, but still made us pay for it and did the thing with Nitrado. They've brought a lot of this on themselves, and I think the best way for them to fix it is to put their head down, get to work on the maps, and worry about extra Paid Content once they have a reliable release timeline.

If they simply exclusively announce that which they know for a fact they can produce, and then actually deliver on that date, they can completely rebrand themselves. Especially since that means anything they don’t announce and are capable of releasing will actually be seen as a bonus. I’m looking at this all through the lens of PR/marketing. As it stands, the game is in an objectively superior position in terms of performance and quality in comparison to ASE, but it needs to catch up and then surpass ASE in terms of content
Though I hear what you’re saying, you are missing a few things. From free next gen updates turning into pay to buy the game and all story maps to pay to win packs instead of adding them into the paid content that is already required, there is a lot to be concerned about
Playing online does not matter if you play unofficial or mods, this is what the developers want! They do not want to pay for official, so they're leaving it full of mesh and mega tribes who abuse mesh and player cap to wipe every single server 1 month on new maps is not enough to prepare against these tribes, unless you are a mega there is no chance on these servers since everyone has tek now
Yeah, I get you. I rented servers during Evolved but I'm not sure I want to do that right now. Not with the way things are. I don't have the energy to deal with the mega tribes and the BS. For now I'll keep playing single player and hope someone at the studios wakes up and corrects course.
I don’t think anyone can name one time EVER that they came out with ANYTHING on time. It’s proven time and time again these devs are lazy greedy goblins. All they ever do is money grabs it’s time to stop playing ark for good.
Never surprised by an Ark delay, right?! More of the same from Wildcard. The whole "Partner" thing about The Center was interesting to me. I'm excited to check out the new Ostrich but that probably won't last until the next map is released. I wish Vin Diesel would get Wildcard away from Snail Games (by giving them a bunch of money) and find someone to start running that place the way it should be. The way we want it to be. It's such a damn good game it's a shame to see what's happening.

Are you talking aout pve or pvp?
Your rant makes sense for pvp, but if you can't play pve, you shouldn't play Ark on official
