It's nice that this machine has more pressure than some other models and where the hot water comes out also acts as a pressure release which the smaller units don't have.

I think the 'extra drip tray' is actually a tray for the tools and spare parts you want to keep handy.

Yes you're right! I realized this when I was editing the video. However, I've had it fill up before should the drip tray overfills.
