I have same phone, I am seeking to change only the side frame and back panel as I dropped it and it has few dents here and there..
I want to know is it mandatory to replace the screen if I have to change just these 2 components. Or is it possible otherwise..?

If you are needing to swap the frame around the screen, that's attached to the screen you will need to so a screen + frame replacement
As removing the oled display out of the frame will highly lightly crack it
is it possible to replace just the lcd? how'd to determine if you need to replace just the lcd or both? Thanks!
You could do display only repairs but I find that it a hard, less quality finish
For saving a few dollars
Ip67 is a defining feature of galaxy a52 i hope that it stays intact even after the repair
Depends on the condition of the adhesive to the back cover
When in doubt replace it
I did this repair myself, worked great but I didn't bother removing the antenna wires. Only question I have is 'what temperature is your heating pad?' So I can get my back to seal proper.
The heat pad I use at 75 degree Celsius

When you are starting the phone with new lcd display it only shows samsung galaxy rather than samsung galaxy a52s.
A52 word is missing. Why is it so when you are replacing with original samsung display??
probably had a firmware update and doesnt show it
accidently I've broken the frame of my samsung a52 4g phone.
Fro the frame replacement i went to the Samsung customer care service center.
The frustrating part was they said if i wanna change the frame i have to change the display also which is still 100% functional.
can u tell me why..... i gotta change the display also..?

The screens are glued to the frame
If you tried to remove the display on your a52 you will crack you display
question, I have an a52 that I dropped and phone went black. everything else works I just can't use the screen. I have to do all this to fix my issue? & where can I get the screen?

Hi! Is the Samsung A52 still IP67 after replacing the parts?
Would depend on how much glue and what adhesives you replace
so how and where would I be able to find a Screen. I tried to repair the phone myself and broke the pins that were to the screen. so even if I have to buy a new frame then that's what it takes.
It will all depend on the seller local to you, I don't have a suggestion for you sorry

Hello Ricks I have a question about phone. When the aluminum frame is cracked or bent out of place does it lose its water resistant?
Ps I have the phone and I was walking without a case on the dropped it on hard floors and aluminum frame pop out on top of phone

hmm, im not sure sorry, possibly bent the battery too much getting it out
I accidentally dropped my a52 and got the reflective plastic frame slightly cracked, will it still be water resistant/water proof
Is the reflective plastic frame just a exterior frame or is it the main part of the frame that keeps water way from getting into the interior
i wouldnt bet on it being waterproof but should still be rain resistant

@@rickstechrepairs ok! So it would work fine under WiFi and work normal. I disconnected both ends by mistake and tried connecting it only to be left with the connectors in the bottom charging and phone jack board disconnected completely. I'll be buying the same part again in the future if a problem does comes up.
Does it still makes it water resistant after applying adhesive or replacing the screen ??
i would say no with a yes, depending on how good the adhesive is when you too the back off, or how much glue you re-apply when putting it back together

Hi mate I broke my screen so got new replacement one I took all apart and put it in to new screen, I plugged it in to charger it came up the charging symbol to say it was charging so I took the wire back out tightened all the screws up etc now when I plug the wire in it just flashes like a yellow green colour and then goes of any help will be much appreciate thanks mate
sounds like it might be a damaged charger port
