I made the jump from the food industry into sales, a major change and wasn’t sure if I would succeed. But I placed my customer service skills I learned, into my sales and it’s been great. 2023 was a fantastic year, thanks to you I have two chase card by following your advice.
Most people miss it but the secret to retiring comfortably is finding a way to make returns while your money works for you. My Dad, as i remember started saving for retirement quite late but I know he was making more than 10k returns from his investments monthly and it was completely passive.
Haha, investing enthusiast? Not really. Our family got introduced to a financial consultant about four years before my dad retired. That was what changed things, and I think my retirement will be on the right track.
Please could you guide me on how to get in touch with your consultant? My funds are being eroded by inflation and I seek a more lucrative investment strategy to effectively utilize before I consider retirement...
I am hesitant to make recommendations like this online so I can't share his contact, but you could look him up online and contact if you wish, his name is CARL JASON COHEN
I’ve been a Bartender for the last 4 years which forces me to “budget my income” by selling myself It’s a valuable skill to “sell yourself” in any field and I’ve don’t very well for myself 👌🏽
Hahah I dont know where your 1 rep max is now. But if you follow that workout there’s no way you won’t be able to bench 225 in 11 months. Best of luck!!
Once you've become financially independent, you will feel so fulfilling that you would start thinking about helping others get to where they want to go in their life. Great video John.
John, your video has been an incredible source of inspiration for me! Thank you for sharing such valuable insights. I've been contemplating a major career shift from a comfortable yet stagnant job to pursue a career in medical sales, and your advice has given me the confidence to take that leap. If you have any tips on breaking into the field with no prior sales experience, I'd greatly appreciate your guidance!
Thanks for sharing your success John! Nice mix up from the cc content (enjoy that too btw) Do you have any resources/recommendations on improving negotiation skills?
Inspiring content! These 5 life-changing lessons on making the first $1M really hit home for me. Grateful for the insights shared - ready to apply them to my journey. Thanks for the motivation!
So I’m only missing the chase sapphire preferred to complete my chase trifecta. And I really want a welcome bonus greater than the 60k. However, I have some big purchases coming up in February that’ll be perfect for the spend requirement. Should I just give in or try my luck waiting?
👋 john, i am your new subscriber i am a international student from India. recently i have moved to USA i understand the value of credit card here from your videos.I thought of getting one credit card for my self unfortunately most banks need ssn or itin number to get a one i donot have them even i tried in credit card my chase bank they said they need ssn or itin .However, i recently went to bank of america they said that i am eligible for secured bank of america customized rewards card. They are asking for security deposit limit what do you think is best range for credit limit for me and Is it better to get bank of america and start building my FICO score for future.
No, not at all. But I guess the 6th lesson would be that I’m incredibly lucky. Grew up in America. Lived in Massachusetts. Went to state school. And the list goes on. In addition for a lot of my life I’ve seen my parents struggle financially but still somehow find a way to make things work. Without too much detail, a lot of my financial literacy stem from lessons they learned the hard way (example such as mismanaging credit).
8 years for 1 million is a ridiculous goal. That is 8000 a month invested. Average income is 70k per year. This would require investing almost 100k a yar that is over housing food insurance and other equirements. You earned an income above the top 1 percent and became a millionaire. I respect the invome but not having over a million in net worth. Its not that impressive with that kind of income.
You don’t know how he lives his day to day life; when a person finds their niche & excels, it’s only a matter of time before the fruits of their labor compounds
When I make my first million, I’ll make sure to shout you out John 💯

This is amazing, I'm curious, how did he do it? Was it real estate? Or he was a market enthusiastic?
yeah that's a good path, focus on a good strategy, relax back and watch it compound within the years. In good time you'll see returns.

Do you come from money, like do your parents give you any money?
