The hacker has leaked part of the Source code to Gta 6 so the guy has the whole source code to the game.

Personally I think the leak is a bad sign of what’s to come.
Past gta games haven’t had such major leaks before.
And the Co founder of rockstar said himself “I wouldn’t be surprised if the tone starts changing. And if it’s maybe not quite as edgy or quite as funny”
I think the gameplay will be fine and even better than what we got in gta 5. But any story writing is gonna be atrocious

I’m from south florida so this is going to be awesome having a game based on where I grew up. The leaks look exactly like the area, especially downtown and the beach. I’ve been to concerts at that amphitheater. Just like GTA BatChest

@@lelenny7725 if it was a normal AAA company I would except this sort of Dev quality for a game coming out this year or next year but for Rockstar I doubt this will come out any earlier then late 2024. Thankfully I do believe we may get a teaser by the end of this year and a full on trailer early next year which could be cool but I could just be completely wrong

Part of me feels like Rockstar could’ve done this themselves, to market the game because we waited so long and it creates a drama plot. It gets it talked about and they coulda just gave us year old footage or something . But very likely they were breached too lol
I’ve thought about that too, but I don’t think they would show this much if that were the case, especially this early in development.

This is the dumbest take ive seen so far. Why would they risk their stock going down or show bad pre alpha footage to millions of people that will just clown on them for it? If they wanted to they’ve would’ve probably shown only a screenshot or a video at best but that’s about it
They very much definitely could have, EA leaks their games on purpose all the time. It’s a controlled leak so if a real one happens it’s not as bad and to generate hype. Not every leak is from the devs but you can at least think about it because other companies 100% do

Exactly it's so boring exploring the same 3 cities over and over ... Plus it limits them a lot because they can't do a giant crazy city if the one in real life is small, so we're going to have again a tiny city you go across in 30 seconds and the rest will be boring forest and villages
