Hello everyone today I made a popular dessert made mainly of coconut.It is abundant in the Philippines, as a matter of fact we are the second largest exporter after Indonesia so it is apparent that we make plenty of dishes with the fruit
Ingredients
225g sweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup flour
115g softened butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
