・ Recipe for cooking:
chicken legs - 6 pcs.
Salt
Pepper mixture

Leave to marinate for 15 minutes
Onions - 1 pc.
Finely chop
Flour - 3 tablespoons
Frying oil
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Fry the chicken thighs until golden brown
Garlic - 2 cloves
Finely chop
Carrots - 1 pc.
Cut into small pieces
Potato - 7 pcs.
Cut into medium-sized pieces
Chili - 1 pc.
Finely chop
Salt
Pepper mixture
Fry for 5 more minutes over medium heat
tomato sauce - 100 ml
Honey - 1 tablespoon
Sweet mustard - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 50 ml
flakes of red pepper - 1 tsp
pepper
Mix the sauce well
Put the potatoes into a baking dish
Put the chicken legs on top and brush with the sauce
Add water to the remaining sauce, mix and pour over the potatoes
Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees
Frying oil
Fry the skin from the thighs until it hardens
Pat dry with paper towels, then finely chop
