Everything beyond that is up to someone who wants a bit more story for version of Black .

That would depend on how much time passed and if Gohan slacked off again. I'm sure Gohan in BOG was slightly weaker than Z Ultimate Gohan due to slacking off

My guess is this is set after the Buu Saga, because yeah why would Vegeta use SSJ3 here. Huh? 🤔 Goku new form does look like the Anti-Spiral, but with hair. For me Goku's new form reminds me of what happened to Gon in Hunter x Hunter when he lost his shit. Chi-Chi did have green earrings that could easily been mistaken as Potara Earrings.
