My favorite kind of videos!!! Yay 😀. I’ve got oranges in the dehydrator and am working on the crackers and egg bites now. Yummy! Thank you for sharing. Where did you get your cute sourdough starter cloth cover? So adorable 🥰
Happy Thanksgiving!! I will try the egg bites! Maybe you could one day tell us how you and your husband, decided to live on his grandparents farm. If you already told that, sorry, I missed it. I would love to know your journey to gardening and homesteading.
Happy Thanksgiving Carrie! Grateful for all the support you’ve given me and this channel. I hope you enjoy them - they’re a staple around here. I’ll have to share that some time, but here’s the short version. When we were first dating my husbands grandmother was living here alone, so he’d be here helping throughout the summer. I remember visiting and thinking it would be really special to live here one day. We were living 8 hours away when the house was listed for sale. We knew eventually we wanted to move back here, but were a couple years away. The price had been lowered and we decided to buy it and rent it out until we were ready to move back. By the time we did there was a ton of work to be done - there still is but it was very overgrown so that was the focus the first year or so. Our decision to live here was more so sentimental than the house/property being our dream. It has been really special to have the garden, bees in the same space they did.
I love the dried oranges !!

Thank you Corrina! I love that. This one I made with scrap fabric, super easy to do if you have a sewing machine or could be done by hand
Beautiful
Thank you Joan!

I like that!!
Happy thanksgiving! Love your channel! Do you work outside of your homestead?
Hi Linda. Happy Thanksgiving! I do but I’m able to work from home which gives me some flexibility
That’s awesome!
Is your sourdough starter gluten free or made with all purpose flour?
I’ve got one of each :) I use brown rice flour for the GF starter. This batch I used regular sourdough starter
