    101 of ground and pound...your hand is not on the matt next to your opponent...specially with a straight arm. you are asking for an armbar. if you want to support your frame with an arm better put your hand on your opponents body and keep the arm tighter to your body. maybe not relevant in full mount....but better train yourself not to have that bad habits. next time you do that while being in someones fullguard...and that you get in trouble quick
