Thanks for sharing this! I went to check out some mountain bikes today and the sales rep said I needed full suspension for sansom park. I've been hiking there for years but have seen a handful of hardtails there. I've never hiked the particular trails you were biking on, those are pretty tame compared to other trails at sansom park. Searched sansom park hardtail and this video came up. I'm not ready to spend the money on full suspension yet but your video makes me feel a little better knowing I can still have fun out there on a hardtail, on some of the trails.
Must have been quite a bit different than your Altitude. I love riding the rowdy stuff once in a while on my Meta HT AM, but I'm running a new 160 Lyric and nicer components on that bike ;-)
Texas has some good trails. Most are on private land and they even built a bike park at Spider Mountain. Looks like you had a good time at that place.

Good call. Although it would be more fun on a full suspension, there's nothing crazy, it's still way fun on the hard tail.
I’ve seen a lot of people ride up that feature yall went down at the end and it blows my mind lol I can’t begin to climb that.
