Biggest moment i can remember for Indiana in the last 20 year or so was that 3 point buzzer beatter against Kentucky. They acted like they won the national championship
Yeah it was stupid of Indiana not to go after Dusty May last year. As an Illinois fan I could have told K-state that Coleman Hawkins wasn't worth anywhere near $2mill but I have to say I am happy for him that he's getting his because he's likely not going to be in the NBA. It sucks that Arkansas is sucking because our win over them I think started as a quad 1 win and will probably end up only a quad 2 win. Yeah but all 3 of those teams: Indiana, K-State, and Arkansas are poster children for the negative ramifications of NIL & the transfer portal.
There’s a universe where Knight offered a young Matt Painter to play at IU(painters dream school) and effectively changes the next 30 years of IUs future. Assuming Painter becomes the same coach under knight that he became under Keady.
Painter never becomes the coach he does at IU. IU fires him after his awful 2012-13 and 2013-14 seasons. If they fired Crean when they did, they’d have run Painter out of town.
Hey I’m a Purdue fan who grew up in Indiana during the Knight years. I love this timeline! Anytime my wife asks if it’d be better if Indiana was also good, I remind her how brutal my grade school teachers were (80% of them iu alums) when I’d wear my Purdue sweater or shirt to school. It fills me with great joy to know those teachers grandkids only know an IU dumpster fire, while my kids got to go to a final four.
One thing Mike Woodson and Mick Cronin have in common is that both are still wearing suits while coaching 18-22 year olds. Let it go. That uptight era is dead
Home cooking? It was in Chicago. Gold block? Fouls pretty even until the end when DU had to foul. Impressed with DU. The streak will end soon. This is a solid club with good coach. Plus I’ve never seen a guy score 12 pts in 43 seconds.

Then followed that up by losing to UK by double digits in the tournament 😂😂😂

Auburn is 9-1 in quad 1. Mizzou’s win bumped them into the top 30.
They were in after the Kansas game but they dropped after their loss to Illinois
@ bumped up after Florida.
@@bobkatfan2013 yes they 27 I think

What do you think of Luke Murray UConn assistant coach.
Fire Woodson now! He’s killing his legacy to IU basketball…..his arrogance is his undoing.
He’ll be gone by season’s end not winning with this class is a death blow to his hopes to continue on as coach at IU
It's been so long ago, remind me when Indiana was relevant
Once mcneely left to UConn it was over
@ it’s a good question
@@donakers8485 can’t remember….im 41…..so the last final four in 2002 when I was a freshman in college 🤦🏻
Kentucky 💙
Pope and Kentucky are going to have to find some defense or they will struggle to make it out of the first round in the tourney.
MIZ!!!
Woodson is Kenny Payne with NBA experience
Fire mike woodson and see if you can talk isiah thomas into taking the job.

Mike Woodson has Quinn Buckner protecting his ass.
He’s a made man and us Indiana fans are getting drug.
Illinois isnt even that good. How do we lose that bad?
Woodson is a joke. IU needs to send him down the road.
Fans have been gone for awhile now… leaving the gym before the game is over … Woodson you lost it and never had it
I'm a Kentucky boy and still have love for Cal
Your on a island with that love. Do you wish he was still at Kentucky??
Hire Rick Barnes for whatever the price tag is
That guy does win everywhere he goes!
Well Marquette got some home cooking by the refs otherwise they would lose.
They were on the road.
