00:18 i'm glad you tell folk about that because as much as you shuffle your Armo- er, "deck" it's practically required. An' if you've ever hadda' sleeve up some Ancient Ones (did *not* expect to use *that* sentence today) you've got your Joe's and Motor Pool covered! Otherwise 200 Standard size sleeves and you're good. @ 16:10 Is that opening deployment even *possible?* o.o @ 20:54 Wait, Why when the rules say that no matter how many figures you have in an area you can never have more than four Foot Soldiers on the Battle Board?

Glad you appreciate the information that we gave. That opening deployment isn't possible due to the camera limitations I just put the amount of figures on the board that I wanted to teach the game. I was removing them to get rid of clutter on the board to showcase the lieutenant battle. You can't have more than 4 foot solider cards on the board but you can also have 4 boss/lieutenant cards on the board at the same time. If you have more than 4 foot soldiers in a location it will take two battles to clear the location as the most you can defeat during the first battle is 4. This is important as a location doesn't go back to normal if it's panicked until all foot soldiers are defeated.

@ 20:45 Okay but what if i have one *stored* energy earned from a previous battle, then i choose to move back to the Pit, can i have one more energy since the first is *stored* and for some reason the game makes them distinct?

When you use the Power Up Action of the pit it will only provide you with an Energy if you don't already have one. It seems to us the idea is the more tired you are and the battle scarred the better your Power Up Action is.

as much as i love gi joe and the gi joe deckbuilding game this is leagues inferior to rwby combat ready,it has way more cards, scenerios and more deeper and tactical gameplay, and for the price of this base game you can gwt rwby and all its expansions

Sorry you didn’t love the game we have been having a blast with the Guardian System more so in Heroes of the Grid. Not all characters are created equal and it shows in this box for sure. Not a fan RWBY so doubt we will ever play that game. Sounds like a lot of fun though.

i really *must* apologize to referring to this...."game" as a watered down uninspired version of Forbidden Stars. I mean, Forbidden Stars in NO way deserved that!

Sorry i don’t see it this game is based on the Guardian System created for Heroes of the Grid. One is a competitive strategy game the other is a cooperative. Besides both games having combat cards like many other games do I daily to see the similarities.

@@DiceandDragons That's what i mean, there ARE none. Forbidden Stars is SO much more than this weak offering so an apology was due. Just like Hasbro owes all of us for whoring the license of a beloved I.P. to a bunch of money hungry incompetents. i really needed this one to be good too! Why must they all SUCK! :3

Well the comparison just doesn't make sense. The Games and companies involved in the production of both games have nothing to do with each other, the games even in the game category and they aren't alike in anyway. It's completely out of left field. If you didn't enjoy mission critical I suggest you check out the G.I Joe Deck-Building game by Renegade it's definitely their superior G.I Joe Game and has been quite well received.
