Bring Sally Up Squat Challenge | Paddleboard Edition

- Not your average day on the river! Why did we decided to do the Bring Sally Up challenge? Because apparently paddling down river in 20-30 mph winds that were pushing us back up river wasn't a good enough workout.
After being on the river for around 2 hours, we finally came around a bend in the that gave us a break from the wind, just enough time to grab a quick bite to eat and hopefully not fall into the freezing cold water.
Thanks for watching!! ❤️

Is this some kind of tik tok challenge? I don't do social media or exercise so I have never heard of this lol. I watched it a second time to see how far I could get. Made it to 3:10 before I fell down. I did it on the floor, can only imagine how hard it would be on those boards with the dogs moving around! Nice workout
Wow! Good job for trying it! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Thats cool that our video got you to try it too. I don’t know where it originated but I’ve seen people do the challenge with squats, push-ups, burpees, pull ups, anything. Definitely an added challenge with a dog on the paddle board, floating on the river! 🤣
