This happened to me a few minutes ago, it happens almost every time i "play", story of my friggin life. (I put play in quotes because i can never complete a match without my internet crashing).
That All Star in the first game was golden. Man kicks an imp punt into the corn, then continues to tackle into the corn, knocking him away from the imp punt, as the corn survives and he dies cuz he tackled into a potato mine.
I would be willing to say that reg cactus is also a contender for the best. 33 to the head with damage upgrade is nothing to scoff at, she can also be a bit more mobile than future due to the lack of a charge shot incentive.
This type of Cactus was kind of a predecessor of how BfN Cactus works today, but one major flaw with her is she replaces King Johnny for flying powers, that's a trash trade-off in my opinion.

The Vanquish Confirmed game mode has a little advantage of Team Vanquish. If your teammate dies, revive him (-1 point to enemy team) and pickup his orb (-1 again) so in total they lose 2 points when you revive and grab the orb
This video was pretty enjoyable! Now, I know I'm kinda late on commenting, but I didn't have any real thoughts when I first saw this. Now, as a cactus main, I enjoy playing every single cactus other than future. It just feels so inconsistent and awkward. Like, if you want to hit a lot of damage consistently just pick camo and if you want to be effective at close range just choose bandit or literally every variant other than camo and zen (I'm personally a mid-close range cactus player and even with camo I don't really go that far away from the enemy). For me the uncharged future shot just feels... weird. I play tf2 a lot, which it exactly why I enjoy more rewarding and difficult to hit bursts of single fire damage. For that exact reason reg or any other variant's primary just feels really good, especially at close-mid range. The uncharged future shots just feel like you're playing camo ranger, which is a feeling we all know (hopefully). Basically, it just feels like you're hitting small single-fire shots and not really doing much damage. This exact feeling is probably why automatic soldier variants are so popular. Alright, this was pretty lengthy. I'm really glad I got to see this video and experience future cactus from an outsider's perspective, since it's painful for me to do so myself. Thank you Wolfy for making great content, I enjoy it immensely. You're a goddamn legend!
Cactus is a sniper, she's meant to sit at the back of the map, with her tall nuts ans potato mines being there so she can hold said position, and the moment you get close to her is when she dies, Future Cactus takes that to a new level by giving her insane amounts of damage at long range and her being actually pretty capable of defending herself at close range. not to mention she looks really cool
I used to play Fire Cactus and Camo Cactus a lot back in GW1, but once I tried out the Future Cactus, that’s when I started to main Cactus in Turf. I think he’s actually the character that I’ve got the second most kills with, just after Commando Trooper.

Eh, I'd argue bandit due to its mid range and close range weapon being pretty good but future is also a nice one to use. But in terms of all things cactus it doesn't fit the long range class idea.

Future cactus is my fave plant in the game Her charge shot deals so much damage even her uncharged shots are powerful a thing you can do is unleash a fully charge shot on an enemy and spam the normal shots
