I need to figure out a way to set automations to email a contact in a mirror column. I don't want to add users/viewers/guests to my boards, but would hate to copy and paste a contacts email over and over again. Ex: My team manages recruitment and onboarding. We'd like email automations to be sent to our hiring managers based on status changes. We don't want them in our application, but if the mirror column could run an email automation, that would be great! I haven't found a workaround for this. (Essentially need to choose the hiring manager from a drop-down or lookup, then run the automation). Hope that makes sense.
Hi Sir, there are ways to do this however it is 1.) a bit complicated to explain in the comments section and 2.) may require make/zapier dependant on what you are trying to achieve. Hey Nick, is it possible to add email logs to boards? I know you can go into the update and click email and activities and add from there but i'm looking for an easier solution for quick scanning and access without having to scroll through all the activities, any ideas?
I want to sent an email, it works, but the document attached from Monday appears like url and clients cannot see it nor download unless they create a whole account, how can I make it simpler for them?

Can we view emails when they're replied to? Seems like you can't when someone replies to the email that is sent via Monday
